Born in Barcelona in 2014, Kebyart is one of the most promising ensembles on the current music scene. These four talented musicians share an endless passion for chamber music and a desire to bring fresh air to the way classical music is transmitted. Their determination to transform their performances into a singular experience results in an energetic and dynamic staging, praised by audiences and critics alike. Kebyart's unmistakable signature is reflected in a creative vision of the repertoire built on three axes: original literature, commitment to new creation and their own arrangements of a wide range of styles.

"A quartet not only synchronized to the extreme and in top interpretative form, but also musicians capable of going beyond technical perfection to reach musical communication."

New album!

UNRAVELED: HOMAGE TO MAURICE RAVEL

To celebrate Maurice Ravel's 150th anniversary in 2025, Kebyart sets out to explore his unique compositional legacy, even though the composer never wrote for saxophone quartet. The album includes Kebyart's transcriptions of Ravel's Le Tombeau de Couperin and Pavane pour une infante défunte, along with arrangements of French Baroque works by Rameau, highlighting both Ravel's admiration for ornamentation and his influence on today's composers. New pieces by Mikel Urquiza and Joan Pérez-Villegas address Ravel's musical philosophy, delving into his radical simplicity, subtle rhythmic layers, and inventive structures. Through these works, Kebyart aims to unravel Ravel's complex yet elegant style, blending the past with the future in a journey of musical discovery.
